摘要 通过调查刺槐良种资源,在实地初选,进行根插育苗二次复选系统观察分析,筛选出W013,W009,C003,W038,Z006,W058,W019,W041,C033九个优良无性系,为将来进行抗盐试验和遗传差异分析、筛选对盐碱抗性较强的无性系、进行三地滨海内陆盐碱地造林试验、最终选育出对盐碱耐性较强的速生刺槐新品种提供参考。 Through the survey of resources primaries of Robinia pseudoaeacia in the field, observation and analyse of the second re-election system of root seedling culture was carried out, the nine superior clones, including W013, W009, C003, W038, ZOO6, W058, WO19, W041, C033, were selected out, the sah-tolerent test and analysis of genetic differences was carried out further in the future, salinity resistant clones were selected out to carry out afforestation experiment in saline-alkali soil of three coastal inland and select out the new varieties of fast-growing strongly at final, the salinity tolerance of that was strong.
