A New Technology of Nuclear Emergency Electronic Accountibility System

介绍了秦山第三核电厂人员电子清点系统的架构,着重分析了系统基础数据建立、集合点数据采集、系统间数据采集等技术细节,分析了数据采集对实物保护系统的影响。该系统与电站实物保护系统形成有机互补,是整体上完善电站安全的重要措施。

This paper presents the framework of electronic accountivility system at TQNPC,with focus on the development of basic database,data collection at the gathering point and inter-system data collection.In addition,the impact of data collection on the physical protection system has been analyzed.This system will be complementary to physical protection system and can become an important measure to improve plant safety.
