低温冷冻条件对玉米种子发芽率的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以4个玉米品种为试材,研究了种子水分含量以及冷冻温度和时间对芽率的影响。结果表明:不同玉米品种的抗冻能力有明显差别,其中,综3抗冻能力较强,478抗冻能力较差。在低温冷冻条件下,种子水分含量高于19%时,发芽率降低明显,短时间(12 h以内)冷冻对种子芽率影响不大,但在-5℃以下冷冻时间超过24 h,种子芽率就会受到影响,且冷冻时间越长、冷冻温度越低,种子芽率降低越明显。 The effects seed water content,freezing temperature and time on the seed germination of maize were studied.The results showed that the antifreezing ability of Zong 3 was the best,and that of 478 was the worst.With low temperature freezing,the germination was lower when the seed water content was higher than 19%,the freezing had little effect on germination within 12 hours,and influenced the germination below-5 ℃ over 24 hours,and the seed germination decreased with time prolonged and temperature drop.
