阐述了社会主义新农村建设的意义,我国农村改革的成就,新农村建设现状及存在问题,提出了推进新农村建设的对策建议。
The significance, status and problems of new rural construction, and the achievements of Chinese rural reform are discussed. The countermeasures of promoting the new rural construction are put forward.
