高校人力资源管理与开发的核心是进行知识管理,重心是创新管理机制,任务是提升高校的产出效能。基于管理科学和行为科学的有关理论,我国学者对高校人力资源管理和开发的理论和实践作了积极探索,但与国外高校人力资源管理和开发水平仍有较大差距。从人力资源管理和开发的发展趋势看,我国高校的人力资源管理和开发的未来前景是明朗而广阔的。
