摘要 高校人力资源管理与开发的核心是进行知识管理,重心是创新管理机制,任务是提升高校的产出效能。基于管理科学和行为科学的有关理论,我国学者对高校人力资源管理和开发的理论和实践作了积极探索,但与国外高校人力资源管理和开发水平仍有较大差距。从人力资源管理和开发的发展趋势看,我国高校的人力资源管理和开发的未来前景是明朗而广阔的。 The knowledge management is the core of university human resource management and development, renovation management mechanism becomes the focus of the above,at the same time the task is to raise the output of the effectiveness of colleges and universities. Based on management science and behavioral science relevant theories, Chinese scholars have more active exploration about the theory and practice of the university human resource management and development. However, compared with foreign colleges and universities, the level of human resource management and development is still fairly far behind. Viewed from the human resource management and development of the development trend of China' s institutions of higher learning human resource management and development of future work, its prospects are bright and broad.
