摘要
针对计数抽样检验方法计算繁杂、不便使用的现状,编制了计数抽样检验计算应用程序。该程序在Delphi7.0开发平台下编写,数学模型为超几何分布,采用试凑法逐次逼近。程序分为6个页面,分别为一次、二次、三次抽样由指标选方案和一次、二次、三次抽样由方案算指标,并显示抽样特性(OC)曲线。十余单位的专家数年使用表明,该程序功能确实,使用方便,误差很小,可在任何个人计算机上运行,并且转瞬即得,感觉不出有运行时间。特别是在小批量的研究阶段也适用,以及可以方便地编制二次、三次抽样方案,是一般数表做不到的。
For the current problem that the calculation in the method of sampling inspection by attributes is too complicated,an application program for the calculation is proposed. This program is developed based on the platform of Delphi 7.0, and its mathematical model is hypergeometric distribution. The successive approximation is conducted by using the trial-and-error method. The program provides six interfaces which are single, double, and triple samplings based on choosing plans by indicators and single, double, and triple samplings of calculating indicators by plans respectively. The program also shows the OC curves. Several years' experience of the experts from more than ten institutions shows that this program really functions well and easy to be used with small error. It can runs on any PC and obtain results realtimely. The program is applied especially to the research phase for small volume production and can be used to design the double and triple sampling plans easily.
