摘要
针对透镜焦平面全通道被动毫米波成像系统所用接收机数量多,成本高等问题,将开关扫描技术引入被动毫米波成像。在透镜天线焦平面上设置2维馈源天线阵列,多个馈源天线通过开关共用一个毫米波接收机,通过开关选择来完成对景物的扫描成像。系统中毫米波接收机采用直接检波式接收机,聚焦透镜采用组合透镜系统,馈源天线及毫米波器件采用低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术集成。分析表明,这种开关扫描被动毫米波成像系统是可行的,系统所用接收机数量大大减少,成本降低。
For the problem that full-channel focal-plane array passive millimeter-wave (PMMW) imaging system needs lots of receivers and is expensive, switch-scan technique is introduced to PMMW imaging system. In this system, a 2-D feed antenna array is placed on the focal plane of the lens antenna, and a set of feed antennas shakes one receiver through a multi-channel switch. Images are acquired by switching the receiver from one feed antenna to another in turn. Direct detection receiver is adopted in the system,and a lens-fed lens system is used as a focus block. The feed antennas and the millimeter-wave MMIC chips are integrated by low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology. The analysis results show that this imaging system which uses fewer receivers is feasible.
