当前我国高职院校发展的思考

On the present development of Chinese higher vocational colleges

高等教育大众化和社会经济发展，为高职院校的发展提供了机遇。但是，高职院校在规模不断扩张的同时，也遇到诸多如定位不准确、办学特色不突出、质量和效益下降等问题。高职院校要实现自身的可持续发展，必须从发展战略的高度进行科学定位，提高人才培养质量，同时要突出特色，面向社会灵活办学。

Mass higher education and the development of society and economy put forward chances for Chinese higher vocational colleges. The colleges also met some problems such as the wrong-orientions,the indistinct characters, the declined quality and benefits in the expansion, which they need to resolve for future development.
