摘要
民生社区是指在一般社区的意义上加入了"民生"之内涵规定或特质的社区,以人为本是民生社区最根本的价值定位。民生社区的概念反映了与时俱进的时代要求,是新形势下对发展中的"社区"内涵的新理解和新诠释。民生社区这一概念的提出具有特定的实践和理论意义。
The people＇s livelihood community refers to the community that has the content and characteristics of the people＇s livelihood. People-oriented is the most fundamental value proposition. The concept of people＇s livelihood community reflects the requirements of keeping pace with the times. People＇s livelihood community makes new interpretations of the community under new situation. The proposal of the concept of people＇s livelihood community has specific practical and theoretical significance.
