膑骨爪及改良张力带钢丝治疗膑骨骨折比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨髌骨爪及改良张力带钢丝治疗膑骨骨折适应证及疗效的比较。方法:回顾分析2001年6月至2008年9月住院治疗膑骨骨折52例,其中改良根治张力带钢丝组32例,膑骨爪组20例。结果:张力带钢丝组32例,优20例,良10例,差2例,优良率93%;膑骨爪组20例,优15例,良5例,优良率100%。结论:膑骨爪适合各类型膑骨骨折,优良率高,值得临床推广应用。
