延胡索有效成分提取工艺研究

Study on Optimal Preparation Procedure of Active Ingredients in Corydalis

目的:探讨延胡索有效成分的最佳提取工艺。方法:以醇浸膏得率、延胡索乙素含量为指标,采用L(934)正交试验设计对提取工艺进行优化,考察乙醇浓度、加醇量及提取时间对醇浸膏得率和延胡索乙素含量的影响。结果:延胡索有效成分的最佳提取工艺为以6倍量80%的乙醇提取2次,每次提取1.0h。结论:优选得到的工艺确实可行,便于生产质量控制。

Objective： To establish the optimal preparation procedure of active ingredients in corydalis. Methods ： The influential factors for the extraction of active ingredients in corydalis included the concentration of alcohol,volume of alcohol, time of extraction.The content of aethyl-amoxeillin and yield of alcohol extract were used as study indices. Results：The most favorable extraction conditions were as follows：adding 80% alcohol of 6 times the quantity of medicinal materials into Chinese medical materials and boiling for lh each time;extracting 2 times in all. Conclusion ：This technological process is feasible and can be used to control the quality of corydalis.
