摘要
分析脱盐水泵与循环水泵存在问题和经常跳车的原因,通过对实际运行工况与设计工况进行分析与计算,认为切割水泵叶轮,减小叶轮直径,可以节能降耗,稳定生产,实施后效果良好。
The problems in DM-water pump for coal-fired boiler and cause for frequent trip-up are analyzed; when there is a big deviation in actual coal-fired boiler DM-water pump running condition from design condition, by means of analysis and calculation to the system it takes that cutting the water-pump impeller isone of simple measures to reduce the energy consumption and raise water quantity under a stabilize operating condition.
