110例乳腺癌保乳综合治疗的临床观察

Clinical observation in 110 cases with breast cancer treated by breast-conserving surgery and combined treatment

目的探讨乳腺癌保乳手术的临床疗效。方法对我院2002年1月～2008年12月收治的110例乳腺癌保乳手术患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 110例患者术后均恢复良好,随访半年～6年,无一例死亡,无一例局部复发,出现肝及肺转移2例,保乳手术后患者美容效果满意率为83.6%。结论掌握乳腺癌患者保乳的手术指征结合术后的综合治疗,可降低乳腺癌保乳术后局部复发,并取得满意的美容效果。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of breast-conserving surgery for breast cancer. Methods From January 2002 to December 2008,110 cases with breast cancer received breast-conserving surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases were followed-up for 6 months to 6 years after operation. The pat/ents had recovered well and no death and local recurrence were found. The liver and lung metastases were found in 2 cases. A satisfactory rate of cosmetic result was in 83.6% after breast-conserving surgery. Conclusion In grasping operation indication of breast-conserving surgery and combined with postoperative comprehensive treatment for breast cancer patients, it would reduce postoperative local recurrence and obtained a satisfactory cosmetic results.
