摘要
高校师德评价是典型的多属性综合评价.针对高校师德评价中存在的主要问题,结合实例分析了兼顾"功能性"与"协调性"的综合评价模型应用于高校师德评价的优缺点,并提出了改进策略.
Professional ethics appraisal in Higher Educational Institutes(HEIs) is a typical multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation.In view of the main problems of professional ethics appraisal exist in HEIs,based on some instances,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the application of the multi-evaluation method to the professional ethics appraisal in HEIs,taking account the characteristics of functionality and proportionality,and proposes some improvement strategies.
