摘要
针对电液伺服控制系统的特点,进行了计算机控制系统的整体设计,以对称阀控制非对称缸的数学模型为基础,考虑一般电液伺服系统的元件,对伺服阀、伺服放大器、D/A、A/D卡进行了简化,得到整体模型,运用最少拍控制理论,得到最少拍控制器,实验证明控制效果良好.
According to the characteristics of electro-hydraulic servo control system,we conducted an overall model design of computer-controlled system,which is based on the dead-beat control theory and the mathematic model of symmetric valve controlling asymmetric cylinder,and simplified the electro-hydraulic servo control system components such as servo valve,servo amplifiers,D/A,A/ D card.The experiment shows that this model is effective.
