摘要
结直肠癌是第三常见恶性肿瘤．其所致死亡是所有恶性肿瘤中的第二位。美同预测2009年新增病例14．7万人，死亡病例4．9万人．结肠癌直肠癌的比例约为8：3。我国直肠癌更为常见，结肠癌直肠癌比例约为1：1，中低位的直肠癌约占直肠癌的70％～75％。多学科综合治疗是直肠癌治疗的基本原则之一。直肠癌从诊断到治疗需多个学科，包括结直肠外科、肿瘤内科、放疗科、内镜科、病理科、
