胃癌穿孔32例手术治疗不同术式的疗效分析

Effective analysis of different surgical methods for gastric carcinoma in 32 patients with acute perforation

目的探讨不同胃癌急性穿孔术式的手术疗效。方法将我院1995年1月至2005年12月间发生的32例胃癌穿孔患者根据术式分为穿孔修补术组、姑息性切除术组和根治性切除术组,对比其手术疗效。结果穿孔修补术组生存期明显短于姑息性切除术组和根治性切除术组(均P<0.05);姑息性切除术组生存期明显短于根治性切除术组(P<0.05)。结论姑息性切除术或根治性切除术可明显延长胃癌急性穿孔患者的生存期并提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of different surgical methods in acute perforation of gastric carcinoma. Methods Thirty-two patients with acute perforation of gastric carcinoma from January 1995 to December 2005 were divided into perforated repair group, palliative resection group and radical excision group.The operative effieacies were compared among three groups. Results The survival period of perforated repair group was significantly shorter than those palliative resection group and radical excision group （P〈0.05）. The survival period of palliative resection group was significantly shorter than that radical excision group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The palliative resection group or radical excision group would obviously prolong the survival period and improve the patient＇s quality of life for the treatment of acute perforation of gastric carcinoma.
