低中心静脉压应用于肝叶切除33例术中出血量观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究低中心静脉压下行肝叶切除对减少术中出血的影响。方法 64例肝叶切除手术随机分两组:对照组(C组)31例,实验组(L组)33例。L组肝叶切除时维持中心静脉压在2~5 cmH_2O,肝叶切除后恢复正常水平;C组中心静脉压维持正常水平。观察两组病人术中输液量、尿量、失血量。结果 L组术中出血量、输血量、尿量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低中心静脉压技术可减少肝叶切除术中出血量、输血量。 Objective To investigate the effect of low central venous pressure (LCVP)on reducing blood loss during hepateclomy. Methods 64 patients for hepatectomy were randomly d ivided into LCVP group (n=33) and control group(n=31). In LCVP group,CVP was maintained at 2-5 emH20 during hepatectomy and recovering normal level until the liver resection was finished, while in control group, hepatectomy was performed routinely without lowering CVP. The volume of transfusion, urine and blood loss during hepatectomy were compared between the two groups. Results The volume of blood loss and transfusion and the volume of urine were significantly lower in LCVP group than in normal group (P〈0.05). Conclusion LCVP would reduce the volume of blood loss and transfusion during liver resection.
