城市配送成本就是在城市配送活动中发生的所有与配送活动有关的费用支出,准确核算和有效控制成本成为物流企业提高管理水平、增强市场竞争优势的关键。本文从配送系统化的角度探讨了物流企业在城市配送中如何控制成本的一些措施,包括成本控制体系的完善、运送路线的优化、推行共同配送、信息系统的应用等。

City distribution costs include all kinds of associated expense which happened in all distribution activities, so how to account accurately and control the cost effecdvely becomes the key for the logistics enterprises to improve management level and strengthen the market＇s competitive advantage. This paper discusses how to control the cost of logisdcs from the perspective of the systematic distribution, including improving the system of cost control, delivery route optimization, implementing of the joint distribution, information systems applications.
