论我国水资源定额管理机制的建立

Research on the Establishment of China's Water Resource Rationing Management Mechanism

水是人类生存与发展的重要资源,如何加强水资源的高效、持续利用已成为我国社会、经济发展中的重大问题。我国应建立合理的定价管理机制,采用市场调节为主的方法对水资源进行管理,以保证我国经济与社会的可持续发展。

Water is an important resource for human to survival and development. It is one of the major issues to enhance the efficiency of water resources and make use of it sustainably in social and economic development in our country. The author suggests China establish a proper pricing management mechanism and use the market regulation-based approach to manage water resource, in order to ensure the sustainable development of our society.
