海南龙浩生态农业示范园的总体规划思路

General Planning for Longhao Demonstration Garden of Ecological Agriculture in Hainan Province

在分析海南龙浩生态农业示范园发展优势与劣势的基础上,明确了示范园规划建设的指导思想和规划目标,提出了将示范园打造成为"城里人的体验中心、农村人的示范中心、青年人的科普教育中心、老年人的休闲度假中心"的功能定位,采用"以农养家,以家得乐,逐步拓展"的发展战略,将规划区划分为"五大功能区"和一条绿色生态隔离带,形成了景观上错落有致、生产上"种(植)-养(殖)-加(工)-(旅)游结合与产销兼顾"的分布格局,并指明了各区的重点建设内容,同时对道路系统、服务设施、农田水利以及园区景观等进行了规划布局,提出了规划实施的战略措施。

Based on analyzing the developmental advantages and disadvantages of Longhao demonstration garden of ecological agriculture in Hainan Province, the oriented guidelines and the planning objectives were nailed down, and the multi-functional developmental orientations of ＂the experience center for oppidan, the demonstration center for farmers, the education center of science popularization for young people and the leisure center for old people＂ were put forward. The planning proposal of ＂five function zones＂ and one green isolation belt were formulated by following developmental strategies that ＂using agriculture support the operation of garden, and then having fun in the garden＂. The distribution patterns that the patchwork in landscape, the combination of ＂planting-raising-processing-traveling＂ in production and the balance between production and marketing were also established. The key constructing projects in each area were pointed out and the planning and layout were formulated to roads, service facilities, irrigation and water conservancy and landscapes. In the end, some related countermeasures were also suggested in this paper.
