摘要
本文通过分析装饰行业发展的特点,阐述装饰业导入CI的必要性和可行性。提出了装饰企业导入CI战略的基本原则以及实施CI计划的三个阶段。
In this article,the developmental characteristics in decoration trades is analysed. The necessity and feasibility of applying CI to decoration trades is expounded. The basic principles of applying CI strategy to decoration trades and three stages of effecting CI plan is presented.
