Advances in Studies on Active Constituents from Plants of Trigonostemon and their Pharmacological Activities

大戟科三宝木属植物中含有二萜类、香豆素类、生物碱类等活性成分,具有良好的防腐、化痰、解毒等药理活性.本文综述了三宝木属植物的化学成分及药理活性研究进展,为该属植物的综合利用提供参考.

The chemical constituents of Trigonostemon （Euphorbiaceae） mainly include diterpenoids, coumarins and alkaloids. The roots of the genus have been used as alaxative, treatment mucous sputum and snake bites, etc. In this paper, the advances on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Trigonostemon genus are reviewed.
