大学教学是关系和谐校园建设的重要因素。当前大学教学存在的问题突出表现在课堂教学质量、师德素质、教风、学风、师生关系等方面,这些都严重影响了和谐校园建设。应加强课堂教学管理,增强课堂教学的针对性,将教学重点放在培养学生解决实际问题的能力上。应加强师德教风建设,尽快提高教师的思想政治素质,提高教师的教育理论素质和职业道德水平。应不断加强学风建设,构建良好的学风。以教风引领学风,以学风促进教风,开创和谐校园建设新局面。

College teaching is an important factor affecting the construction of harmonious campuses.Nowadays the problems in college teaching exist mainly in the aspects of the quality of classroom teaching,teachers＇ethics,teaching atmosphere,learning atmosphere,and teacher-student relationship,ect.All those aspects affect the construction of harmonious campuses severely.The paper shows some countermeasures to solve these problems and construct a harmonious campus.
