水玻璃矿渣轻质混凝土制备参数对发气状态影响的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 试验就水料比、发气剂含量等因素对水玻璃矿渣轻质混凝土的发气稳定性和膨胀率状态性能的影响关系进行了详细的研究。试验研究表明:相对于铝粉膏掺入量而言,水料比对料浆的稳定性影响较大,最佳水料比范围是0.23~0.25,而且膨胀时间结束相对较长,膨胀时间在10min左右结束,其体积膨胀率可以达到105%;铝粉膏含量主要对混凝土的表观体积密度产生影响,在铝粉膏加入的初期,表观干密度随铝粉膏的增加明显降低,当铝粉膏掺入量超过某一临界值时,表观干密度变化趋于平缓,研究试验条件下,其临界值为0.285%。 Experiment on gas-forming property of preparation parameter and processing parameter with soluble glass slag lightweight concrete by using aluminite powder as air-entrained admixture is investigated, relationship of water-material ratio and air-entraied admixture on state performance such as gas-forming stability and expansion rate of soluble glass slag lightweight concrete are included.Results show that the water-material ratio has an obvious effect on stability of slurry when compared to aluminite powder adding amount,the optimal water-material ration range and maximum expansion rote arc 0.23-0,25 and 105% respectively.Lightweight concrete that has a 559-105 kg/m^3 apparent dry density is perpared in laroratory conditions,Aluminite powder adding amount mainly influence apparent dry density of concrete, it decreases obviously at early stage of aluminite powder adding, concrete apparent dry density will change smoothly when it surpasses specific critical value.Critical value is 0.285% under this laroratory conditions.
