摘要
针对钢管桩与沉箱的连接处混凝土水下浇筑、浇筑空间小和剪力键分布多等特点研究水下混凝土配制技术和基本力学性能,采用钢管模拟试验评价钢管桩-混凝土的黏结性能。研究结果表明,胶凝材料用量为480kg/m3的混凝土水下成型28d龄期抗压强度为陆地成型78%,钢管表面形式对水下成型的钢管-混凝土黏结力影响明显。
According to the characteristics of intersection between steel pipe pile and caisson, such as the concrete is cast under water, the casting space is small and the quantity of shear connector arrangement is abundant, the preparation technology and the basic mechanical property of underwater concrete are studied, and bond strength between steel pipe pile and concrete is simulated and tested by steel tubes.The research results show that compressive strength of underwater concrete at 28 d,which the binder content is 480 kg/m^3,is 78% of concrete cast in air.The different types of surfaces of the steel tubes have prominent influence on experimental results.
