玄武岩纤维增强地质聚合物混凝土在机场道面快速修补中的应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 作为一种新型混凝土材料——地质聚合物混凝土(geopolymeric concrete,GC),凭借其优异的力学性能与耐久性,被应用于机场道面的快速修补。为研究玄武岩纤维对GC性能的改善能力,首先以矿渣与粉煤灰为原材料,并采用液体硅酸钠与NaOH作为碱激发剂,配制了纤维体积掺量分别为0、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%的玄武岩纤维增强地质聚合物混凝土(basalt fiber reinforced geopolymeric concrete,BFRGC),测试了标准养护3、7、28d的BFRGC的准静态力学性能,包括:抗压、抗折强度,并分析了玄武岩纤维对GC的增强机理。结果表明:玄武岩纤维能够有效地提高GC的抗压、抗折强度;当玄武岩纤维体积掺量为0.3%时,玄武岩纤维对GC抗压强度的改善效果达到最佳,尤其是早期抗压强度,标准养护3、7、28d时的强度增长因子(Strength Increase Factor,SIF)分别为37.76%、34.82%、31.52%;当玄武岩纤维体积掺量为0.1%时,对GC抗折强度的改善效果达到最佳,标准养护3、7、28d时的SIF分别为16.67%、16.22%、22.22%。由此可见,玄武岩纤维的掺入,使得GC的性能有了显著的改善。因此,BFRGC在机场道面快速修补中将会有更加广阔的应用前景。 As a new kind of concrete, geopolymeric concrete ( GC ) is applied to the rapid repair of airfield pavement by virtue of its excellent mechanical properties and durability.In order to study the effect of basalt fiber on the GC, slag and fly ash, were used in the fabrication of GC reinforced with basalt fibers of various volume fractions,and liquid sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide were used for slag and fly ash activation.Quasi-static mechanical properties,including compressive and flexural strength of basalt fiber reinforced geopolymeric concrete (BFRGC), were investigated, and the strength reinforced mechanism of BFRGC was analyzed.The tests reveal that basalt fibers can improve the quasi-static properties of GC ;for the compressive strength, especially the early properties, the optimum volume fraction of basalt fiber is 0.3%,the Strength Increase Factor( SIF ) respectively is 37.76% ,34.82%, 31.52%, after 3,7 and 28 days standard curing;for the flexural strength, the optimum volume fraction is 0.1%, and the SIF respectively is 16.67%, 16.22%, 22.22% .It can be seen,basalt fiber improves on the capacity of GC, and BFRGC has a more broad application prospect in the rapid repair of airfield pavement.
