金线莲有效成分的降血糖作用及其机制的研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的研究金线莲有效成分AR5对四氧嘧啶诱导的高血糖小鼠的降血糖作用,并初步探讨其降血糖作用的机制。方法将高血糖小鼠随机分为5组:模型对照组、苯乙双胍阳性对照组、有效成分低剂量(50mg.kg-1)、中剂量(100mg.kg-1)和高剂量(150mg.kg-1)治疗组,同时设正常对照组,给药组连续灌胃给药3天后,测定血清葡萄糖、胰岛素、甘油三酯和总胆固醇的含量。结果有效成分低、中、高3个剂量组均显著降低高血糖小鼠的血糖(P<0.05);中、高剂量组均显著降低血清甘油三酯含量(P<0.05);高剂量组显著提高血清胰岛素水平和降低总胆固醇含量(P<0.05)。结论金线莲有效成分可显著降低四氧嘧啶诱导的高血糖小鼠的血糖。金线莲增加胰岛素水平,调节脂代谢的作用,可能与其降血糖的作用有关。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of Anoectochili active components Ar5 on alloxan-induced hyperglycemic mice and its mechanism. METHODS For the study of single compound of Anoeetoehili, the hyperglycemic mice were randomized to five groups: no treatment group, phenformin group, low dosage(50mg· kg^- 1 ), middle dosage( 100mg· kg^- 1 ) and high dosage( 150g ·kg^- 1 ) groups, and normal mice were set up as normal control group. Fasting serum glucose, insulin, total Cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) were measured after 3 successive days treatment. RESULTS The mean levels of serum glucose in the three At5 groups were markedly reduced(P 〈 0.05).Also, the level of triglyceride were significantly reduced in both middle and high dosage groups of Ar5;and moreover, the level of total Cholesterol was significantly decreased and the level of insulin was increased in high dosage of Ars group(P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION Anoectochili effective component decreased serum glucose in Alloxan-induced hyperglycemic mice. Those Anoectochili increased serum insulin level and improved lipid profiles could contribute to its hypoglycemic effect.
