摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定丙硫异烟胺肠溶片的有关物质及含量。方法色谱柱:phenomenex Gemimi C18(5μ250×4.6mm);流动相:0.2mol.L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(用磷酸调节pH至3.0)-乙腈(80:20);流速:1.0mL.min-1;检测波长:282nm;进样量:20μL;结果丙硫异烟胺在10.36μg.mL-1～103.6μg.mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为A=45638C-899.47,r=0.99998(n=7)。结论本法简便、准确,可用于丙硫异烟胺肠溶片有关物质及含量的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination and related substances in Protionamide. METHODS The chromatographic column was phenomenex Gemimi Cls （5μ 250 × 4.6mm） ;The mobile phase was 0.2mol·L^-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate dissolution（adjust pH 3.0 with phosphoric acid）;The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1 and detection wavelength was 282 nm, injection quantity was 20μL. RESULTS Within the range of 10.36μg· mL^-1- 103.6μg ·mL^-1 were in linear correlation （A = 45638C-899.47, r = 0.99998） CONCLUSION The method is simple and reliable, and it is capable of effectively simultaneous determination and related substances in Protionamide.
