Determination of the microelements in anoectochilus roxburghii (Wall.)Lindl. from different localities by atomic absorption spectra

目的了解不同产地金线莲中微量元素含量的差异。方法采用原子吸收光谱法对不同产地金线莲中的微量元素进行测定。结果不同产地金线莲中的微量元素钾、钙、铅、铬的含量差异较大。结论为金线莲的进一步研究提供了基础数据。

OBJECTIVE To study and determine the relative ratio of microelements in Anoectochilus roxburghii （Wall.）Lindl.from different localities.METHODS The AAS method was used to determine the contents of microelements.RESULTS The contents of microelements in Anoectochilus roxburghii （Wall.）Lindl.from different localities are different.CONCLUSION It offered fundamental data for further studies on Anoectochilus roxburghii （Wall.）Lindl.
