ICP-AES法测定广藿香中的微量元素含量

Analysis of Trace Elements in Pogostemon cablin Benth. by ICP-AES

目的建立广藿香中微量元素稳定可靠的分析测定方法,测定了广藿香药材中微量元素的含量。方法采用湿法消解样品后用ICP-AES法建立了广藿香药材中Al、Ba、Ca、Cu、Fe、K、Mg、Mn、Na、Sr、Ti、Zn等12种元素的含量;利用标准曲线法,测定广藿香药材中微量元素含量。结果微量元素检测分析方法考察结果为:12种元素的线性相关系数为0.9993-0.9999,RSD小于2.5%,回收率为97.6%～107.1%。结论所建立广藿香中微量元素检测的分析方法简便、快速、准确性好、可多元素同时测定。

OBJECTIVE To analysis 12 kinds of trace elements （Al,Ba,Ca,Cu,Fe,K,Mg,Mn,Na,Sr,Ti and Zn） content in the Pogostemon cablin Benth.METHODS A method was developed for the determination of the trace elements by ICP-AES using wet digestion.RESULTS The linear correlation coefficient of the content of 12 kinds trace elements was 0.9993-0.9999,and the precision was less than 2.5%,and the recovery was about 97.6%-107.1%.CONCLUSION The detection method of trace elements of Pogostemon cablin Benth.is established.This method proved to be easily operational,rapid,and accurate,and can be adopted as the method of determining many elements simultaneously.
