摘要
采用日本岛津 AA-670型全自动原子吸收分光光度计,Air/C_2H_2标准曲线法测定了25例白癜风患者皮损中 Zn、Cu 的含量,并与对照组进行比较,结果表明,白癜风患者皮损中的Zn、Cu 含量低于对照组,经 t 检验,P<0.01.有显著性差异。提示微量元素 Zn、Cu 在人体皮肤中的含量与白癜风的发生有密切关系。
The content of Zn and Cu in the skin lesions of 25 patients with vitiligo was detennined by Air/ C_2H_2 standard curve method and AA-670 model atomic absorption spectropotometer. The result showed that the content of Zn and Cu in the skin lesions of patients with vitiligo is apparently lower that of the contrast group,there is a significant difference between two groups,P<0.01. It suggests the content of Zn and Cu in the skin of human has a close ralation to vitiligo.
