氟离子选择性电极法测定速效救心丸中氟含量

Determination of Fluorine Content in Suxiao Juxin Bill by Fluorine Ion Selective Electrode Method

用氟离子选择性电极法对速效救心丸中氟进行了测定,其含量为:10.65×10^(-6)±0.13×10^(-6),回收率为98.2%～103.0%。说明用本法测定中药中氟含量精密度好,回收率离,方法简单。

The fluorine content in Suxiao Juxin pills was determuned by fluorine ion selective electrode method. The results showed that the method was accurate,simple and its recover rate was high. The fluo- rine content in Suxiao Juxin pill was 10.65×10^(-6)±0.13×10^(-6)and recover rate was 98.2%～ 103.0%.
