摘要
笔者等选用(7.53±0.56)kg从江香猪34头,采用扣除蛋白质等消化能(DEpf)日粮设计和比较屠宰试验研究了贵州香猪蛋白质沉积代谢规律。结果表明,在相同DEpf进食水平下,贵州香猪DCP转化为维持与增重的综合效率为69.51%;维持的DCP需要为1.91W^075;每1kg增重生长的DCP需要,7~16kg体重段为256g、16-25kg体重段为231g。以此建立贵州香猪的DCP需要模型为:DCP(g/d)=2235.0064W^0.75-938.6982W+0.3065W^e+5911.9084△W-18419.6420△W^2+3250154.5557△W^0.6733e-3815.1850(R^2=0.9925,P〈0.01)。
Using the protein - free equalized digested energy (DEpf) design and comparative slaughter trails, an experi- ment on protein deposition and metabolic regularity of Guizhou Xiang - pig breed was carried out in 34 Congjing Xiangpigs (7.53 ±0.56 kg) in the current work. The findings indicated that comprehensive conversion efficiency of DCP to weightgaining and maintenance was 69.51% , and DCP for maintenance requirement was 1.91W^0.75. The DCP requirements per 1 kg weightgaining for 7 - 16 kg or 16 -25 kg body weight grade pigs were 256 g or 231 g, respectively g.
