摘要
文章从采油生产实际出发,结合理论分析,总结得出导致抽油机井杆管偏磨的主要因素。通过现场验证光杆振动载荷与沉没压力的变化关系,控制合理的沉没度,降低振动载荷,预防抽油机井杆管偏磨的发生,并从中获得认识。
This paper proceeds from the actual production and combines with theoretical analysis, then summarizes primary factors causing the camber wear of rod tube of oil pumping unit. Through in-site validation of the change relationship between vibration load of feed rod and deposition pressure, the submergence depth is controlled reasonably, the vibration load is reduced and the camber wear of rod tube of oil pumping well is prevented.
