石油价格快速上涨对军队影响极大,使军队战略关注重点发生转移,军队作战训练生活成本提高,筹措油料难度变大。军队应主要采用增加油料采购经费投入,加强对石油通道的控制,加大油料战略战役储备,推进油料替代燃料研制,适当编配轻重型装备,合理安排训练,推广模拟训练,加强油料使用管理,对现有装备节油改造,应用先进作战方式等对策应对石油价格快速上涨。

Rapid rise in price of petroleum has a great impact on the army,which transfers the major concerns of the military strategy,enhance the cost of living during the battle training of troops,and brings much more difficulty in raising oil.The military responds to the rapid rise in price of petroleum by adopting following ways：（1） increasing the petroleum purchasing funds;（2） reinforcing the control of petroleum transportation channels;（3） increasing strategic reserves of petroleum and reserves for battles;（4） promoting the research and development on fuel substitutes;（5） appropriate arrangement of light and heavy equipment;（6） reasonable arrangement of training;（7） promoting simulating training;（8） strengthening the management of petroleum usage;（9） retrofitting the existing equipment for efficient use of fuels;and（10） employing advanced modes of operations.
