摘要
在现代制造业中,其核心是生产管理、调度理论和技术。本文结合背景单位的车间生产管理系统的设计过程,首先进行了详细的分析,其次探讨了车间作业计划的排序问题在实现上的流程和具体实现方法,通过对一些算法特点的比较和对系统总体设计方案特点的分析,进而引入了遗传算法(Genetic Algorithms)在软件层面上的实现过程,最后应用于生产加工。本文根据制造车间的运行机制、管理模式、以及各个加工流水线的功能和联系,并对零件生产过程中的各个信息进行了采集,运用遗传算法来实现车间的作业调度问题。
In the modern manufacturing industry, realizes the aspect in the workshop job scheduling. This article unifies the background unit's workshop production management system's design process. First has carded on the detailed analysis. Next has discussed the workshop operative plan sorting question and realizes the method specifically on the realization flow. Through to some algorithm characteristic's comparison and to the system overall project design characteristic's analysis, then introduced the genetic algorithm ( Genetic Algorithms ) to realize the process in the software stratification plane. Finally applied in the production processing. This article according to makes the workshop the operational mechanism, the management pattern, as well as each processing assembly line function and the relation, and has carded on gathering to components production process's each information, realizes the workshop job scheduling problem using the genetic algorithm.
