摘要
为研究石油工业中普遍存在的非牛顿流体的螺旋流现象,利用粒子图像测速技术PIV及流体计算软件,建立切向引流的垂直圆管螺旋流场的三维模型,紊流计算模型选取k-ε两方程模型得到了垂直圆管流场的速度云图、向量图、轴向速度及径向速度分布情况.结果表明,轴向的速度对整个螺旋流场的速度影响较大。
In order to research the ubiquitous helical flow of non-Newtonian fluid in the oil industry,the Particle Image Velocity Technology and CFD software is used,the vertical pipe tangential swirling flow field in three-dimensional model is established.The k-ε two-equation model is selected in turbulent flow calculation model,then the velocity contour,velocity vector,the distribution of the axial and radial velocity are obtained.The results show that axial velocity has more influence on helical flow field.
