摘要
设计一种基于AT89S51单片机的数字化通用直流稳压电源,采用12位D/A转换器DAC1208实现稳压电源的数字化控制,采用12位A/D变换器ICL7109和LCD实现输出电压的测量与显示。该系统电压调节范围0-20V,电压调节灵敏度为5mV,最大输出电流为2A,测试结果表明电压调整率为0.05%,负载调整率为0.051%,纹波小于1m、k。
It designs a digitalized general DC voltage-stabilized power supply based on single chip microcomputer AT89S51, adopting 12-bit D/A converter DAC1208 to achieve digital control over voltage-stabilized source, adopting 12-bit A/D converter ICL7109 and LCD to achieve the measurement and the display of output voltage. The regulation range of voltage of this DC power is from 0 to 20V, and the sensitivity of voltage adjustment is 5mV, and its maximum output current is 2A. The test result shows that: voltage-regulating rate is 0. 15 %, load-regulating rate is 0. 051%, voltage ripple range is less than lmV.
