摘要
在配电网中配变负荷测控系统的基础上,结合时间序列预测算法,以及平均功率系数,提出了一种对配电网运行状态进行估计的方法。通过实践证明应用此方法能较准确地得到配电网的运行状态数据。
The paper proposed a method based on load measure and control system to estimate operation state of distribution network.The method applied time series prediction algorithm and average power factor.The result shows that the method can obtain operation data effectively.
