我国出口信用保险的发展问题论析

On the Development of China's Export Credit Insurance

出口信用保险对一国的对外贸易有积极的促进作用。我国的出口信用保险起步晚,在发展的过程中还存在一定的问题,与发达国家有很大的差距。作者阐述了我国出口信用保险发展的现状,从法律制度、保险意识、承保范围以及信息化等四个方面说明了存在的问题,并提出解决措施和建议。

Export credit insurance has a positive role on a country＇s foreign trade. The export credit insurance of our country starts lately; there are still some problems and a gap compared with the developed countries. This paper describes the development of China＇s export credit insurance,pointing out the problems from the four aspects of the legal system,the insurance consciousness, the method of taking insurance and information technology, and it also proposes the measures to solve the problems.
