摘要
为了全面了解500 kV紧凑型同塔双回输电线路施工的特点,以同塔双回输电线路杆塔施工为主要研究对象,针对其横担长、质量大、起吊安装难的特点,从各种起吊方法的临界值着手,对起吊部件的受力情况进行了计算分析,据此,确定铁塔组立组装采用内悬浮外拉线方式、650 m×650 m×27 m铝合金抱杆、1-1滑轮组、最大起吊质量为3.7 t的施工方案,并详细介绍了存在技术困难的横杆吊装过程以及采取的技术措施。
To comprehensively know the construction characteristics of 500 kV compact double-circuit transmission line, based upon the main research on the tower erection of double-circuit line, and in view of its cross arm featured by considerable length, large mass and difficult hoisting, the stress conditions of hoisting parts are calculated and analyzed through the critical value of each hoisting method. Then the method of inner suspension and outer guy is determined for erecting the tower; 650 m × 650 m × 27 m aluminium alloy derrick, 1-1 pulley block and the maximum lifting mass of 3.7 t are adopted in the construction scheme. The process of difficult cross arm hoisting and the technical measures adopted are described in detail.
