摘要
以单晶硅为研究对象,根据X-射线晶体衍射原理,讨论了面心立方晶体透射劳厄相图的原理和方法。使用Matlab作为编程语言,设计了单晶硅透射劳厄相图的计算机模拟程序,绘制的(1 0 0)、(1 1 0)、(1 1 1)面的透射劳厄相图与实验照片有很好的一致性。程序具有任意设计沿各个晶向衍射的劳厄相图且可对劳厄斑点指标化的功能。利用该程序对单晶硅的劳厄斑点进行解析,可有效地减少测量环节,降低测量误差,提高测量精度,给结晶型太阳能电池的研究、开发和生产带来极大的方便。
Taking silicon as the research object, according to X-ray diffraction principles, this paper discussed the trans- mitted Lauegrams' principles and methods of the face-centered cubic crystal. Using Matlab as programming language it designs computer simulation program of monocrystalline silicon transmitted Lauegrams, and the drawn ( 1 0 O), ( 1 1 O) and (1 1 1 ) surface transmitted Lauegrams are in good agreement with the experimental photographs. The program can design Lauegrams from any crystallographic orientation and also have the function to give the Laue spots their indicators. For analyzing the Laue spots of monocrystalline silicon, with this program, it can be effective in reducing the measure- ment steps and errors, and also bring great convenience for crystalline solar ceils in research, development and production.
