摘要
选取调质态45钢试样,采用模拟加法再制造温度场的方法,研究了再制造过程中多次加热对45钢零部件以及有微量变形的45钢零部件基体表面膨胀系数的影响。结果表明,微量塑性变形与加热次数都会对材料膨胀系数产生影响,随着加热次数的增多,膨胀系数总体趋势是上升,其中有塑性变形的试样膨胀系数呈现先下降后上升的趋势。考虑了加热和塑性变形双重影响下热膨胀系数的变化。
Influence of heating times during the remanufacturing process and small deformation on the expansion coeffi- cient of the matrix surface of 45 steel parts was studied by simulating the temperature field. The result shows that small plastic deformation and heating times have influence on the materials' thermal expansion coefficient, and the coefficient goes up with the heating times increasing, while the coefficient of the samples which have deformation decreases first and then increases. Both heating and deformation were considered for influence on thermal expansion coefficient.
