摘要
针对学生在"机械设计"课程设计过程中,存在拟订传动方案的盲目性与照搬机械设计手册的不足,列出了3种常见传动方案,并对这3种方案的转速、转矩、传动效率、布置的合理性以及运行平稳性等进行了分析与比较,确定了较优的传动方案。为学生进行课程设计选择传动方案时提供借鉴。
For students in the course of the "mechanical design" curriculum design,some deficiencies always exist in the process of studying transmission schemes,such an blindness and copying the manual design.This paper listed three types of common transmission program,and analyzed and compared with the speed,torque,transmission efficiency and rational layout of the three kinds of scheme.The best transmission scheme was determined.The result can provide reference of choosing transmission scheme for students.
