摘要
根据武警部队的任务需求,针对非致命武器实验中心建设实际情况,提出了建设思路和目标,确定了建设的具体内容。从人才队伍建设、教学方法、教材建设、科研学术方面进行了总结,并对未来的发展提出了合理化建议。
According to the task demands of the armed police and the facts of the non-lethal weapon experimental centre,the construction thinking and goal were presented,the concrete contents were determined.This paper also made a summary from talents construction,teaching method,teaching material construction and scientific research,and put forward the rationalization proposal for future development.
