创建一种新型的采购管理平台,以解决高校采购管理的瓶颈问题。阐述了其建设背景及管理方法,分析了如何通过管理创新和制约机制来实现阳光、高效、节约的建设理念。
A new purchase management platform was established to solve the bottleneck problem of purchase in university.The establishment background and management method were expounded.This article also analyzed how to carry out the construction idea of justness,efficiency and saving by innovating and restrictin mechanism.
