WC/Cu-Zn-Mn 强化中碳钢高耐磨表层复合材料

Investigation on High Wear resistant WC/Cu Zn Mn Superficial Coat Composite for Reinforcing Medium Carbon Steel

摘要 采用熔浸复合法制备了WC/CuZnMn强化中碳钢表层复合材料,探讨了WC粒度、熔浸复合温度等工艺因素对复合材料组织与性能的影响。研究结果表明,在两体静载磨料磨损工况下,新型表层复合材料的耐磨性是中碳钢基体的26倍,是水韧高锰钢的20倍,且可根据需要调节复合层厚度,故可在很大范围内替代整体耐磨材料,是一种有实用价值的高耐磨表层复合材料。 A WC/Cu Zn Mn superficial coat composite for reinforcing medium carbon steel is successfully fabricated by means of infiltration sintering process.The effects of technological parameters(such as granularity of WC,temperature of infiltration sintering etc.)on structure and properties of the composite layer are investigated.Under the condition of two bodies abrasive wear,the wear resistance of the new superficial composite is 26 times as much as that of medium carbon steel,and 20 times as that of high Mn steel.The thickness of composite layer can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the requirements of work.The ensemble composites can be replaced by the new superficial composite in large range which is a practical and high wear resistant superficial composite.
