摘要
应用细胞化学和定量细胞化学技术,通过显微分光光度计对运动后小鼠心肌中糖元琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的影响进行了分析研究。实验结果表明,灌服党参液的小鼠心肌中的糖元、SDH、LDH的含量明显高于生理盐水组,说明党参可以改善心肌代谢,提高酶的活性,增强心肌线粒体功能,对解除运动性心肌疲劳有着主要的作用。
The technigue of cytochemistry is used in the study to test quantitatively the chemical components of mouse myocardium after exercise by means of microspectrophotomictry.The results show that the content of glycogen、SDH and LDH are increased in mouse myocardium.There is significant difference between the Codonopsis Pilosula (C.P) group and the control group.This suggests that C.P can improve myocardium metabolism and reinforce function of myocardidal mitochondria and increased enzyme activity.C.P does play a very important role in the recovery of muscle fatigue.
