个体情绪对冲突管理方式倾向性的影响研究——以实验法为例 被引量:4

摘要 随着冲突研究的深入,组织情绪日益受到人们的关注。随着情商研究热情的日益高涨,冲突与情绪的研究开始引起学者的兴趣。但是,相对于其他专题,对冲突与情绪关系的研究仅仅处于初级阶段。多数研究只是在研究冲突时提及情绪,探讨冲突可能对情绪的影响,而对于个体情绪是如何影响冲突管理方式的选择等问题的研究并未深入。通过运用实验法能够探讨个体的不同情绪对冲突管理方式倾向性的影响。实验结果表明,个体处于积极情绪下,更倾向于选择合作性冲突管理方式;处于消极情绪下,更倾向于选择竞争性冲突管理方式。研究结论对于组织的管理者而言将产生一定的启迪作用。管理者在管理制度的完善、企业文化的营造中应该关注原本被忽视的员工情绪问题。
